Spot Clean your pillows with a damp, slightly soapy cloth. Do not machine wash. Dry clean if needed by accredited dry cleaner. Do not tumble dry. Air dry the product out in the sun. If there is any odor due to fabric or yarn dye, please air dry them in the sun to get rid of the odor. Since its natural jute/wool material, if needed, just keep facing front down and pat the back to take out any excessive fabric residue.
We generally recommend using inserts that are 2" larger all around than your finished pillow size. For example if you have an 18x18 pillow cover, you'll want to use a 20x20 insert. This will ensure that your pillow looks plump and luxurious. If the insert is too small, the pillow cover will look saggy.
